Pastor Roshan Biswa was born on 1989, BHUTAN in hindu family and raised in the environment of Royal Bhutan Army. With the internal-political crisis in early 90’s his family had to flee from Bhutan and get refuge in beautiful country Nepal. Living in refugee camp wasn’t easy with limited resource and poor health facilities. As a time, pass by his mother was severely ill and begun to face life and dead challenges. Miraculously with the prayer and gospel pastor Roshan Mother got heal and all family receive lord as savior in 2002

At the young age, he felt the calling to serve his congregation as Sunday school teacher. His service to the church began early and he began to volunteer as children Sunday school teacher at the age of 16. By the age of 17 he has started actively involving in teaching and preaching among children and youth-meets. Pastor Roshan has completed several leadership seminaries and short-term bible school from India and Nepal respectively.

Upon arriving united states in 2011, he began his ministry as founder and executive pastor of Love & Grave Evangelical Church. After working 4 years as executive pastor at Love & Grace evangelical church he’s decided to serve this country as UNITED STATE MARINE. Pastor Roshan has honorably served In Marines Corp from 2016 till 2020 and continuously serving in Washington ARMY National Guard 2024. Since, 2021 Pastor Roshan has relocated from Tukwila and started residing in Kent where he has started serving lord as outreach Pastor with Nepali Covenant Church. Outside of his military duty, Pastor Roshan often ministers the congregation with living Word of God and work among youth and worship team.

Pastor Roshan has accomplished bachelor’s in human services-Child & Family Services Program from Southern New Hampshire University. Pastor Roshan is young and energetic by embodying qualities such as people skills, creativity, humble, and strong relationship with God. There are few areas where pastor Roshan emphasize with his role as a outreach pastor, 1) Love Teenagers, 2) Team builder, 3) Be a Cheerleader, 5) strong Communicator, 6) Submitted to the Lead/ Senor Pastor and vision of the Church, 7) Lifelong Learner 8) Spiritual-Minded, 9) A visionary and Planner 10) Servant Leader.

Pastor Roshan and Shreejana have been married for over 12 years and the proud parent of sons JAYSON and JOHAN and one on the way. They have served and worship together for 12 years now. Pastor Roshan insists on just being known, as a man who loves God, love his family, Love God’s People, love this Country, and Serves him wholeheartedly. I enjoy several hobbies including but not limited to; gardening, cricket, traveling, hiking, soccer, table tennis. Most importantly I love being with the people and I find my most fulfilling movement are when I’m privileged to witness God’s good work in them, and perhaps, to be a small part of their developing faith, hope, and love.
